There are some bright spots, but COVID 19 has taken a toll on the Craft Beer industry and the beer industry as a whole. Like the restaurant industry in total, taprooms and brewpubs have lost revenue and have been forced to look for new packaging and distribution channels. The downward pressure for the total U.S. beer market has been with us since 2018. This is also putting pressure on brewers trying to weather the storms of the industry-Lockdowns, changing market, and financial pressures to adapt to change.
